STUDIO SESSION II

STUDIO SESSION 2 will be March 30,2024.

From 11-130 at my Studio again and this time I am opening 6 spots total.

The theme I am currently inspired to work with is:

I N I T I A T I O N

What does it mean to you?

What do I mean?

I mean to be present with what’s changing inside and outside of you. To create intentionality and ritual around what is dying and what wants to bloom. Acknowledging the natural course of life.

Spring is upon us, what seeds have we planted? Are they taking root? Beginning to sprout? Blooming prematurely? How do we get from one living state to another? What is required? What is the process? How do we move through the transition? What nourishment do we need? What needs to die? What needs to be loved? What needs support? What needs to bloom and are we willing to turn towards it and lovingly say thank you to the darkness and BURST forth into our Divinity? Will we BURST FORTH too soon and wilt and die in the first freeze? Can we be emotionally honest enough with ourselves to be able to begin? Can we be courageous enough to try to take the first step? What is the first step? Do we need help?

Taking this concept and all the ways we orient ourselves to it and finding ways to be with it and express through art.In our own unique way. THIS is what studio sessions are about. It’s abstract. It requires everyone in the class’ input and exploration of what it means TO THEM.

It creates a container for exploration from a place of honesty. A SAFE SPACE TO EXPLORE AND PLAY. In a supportive environment. Learning skills to be more creative in ALL AREAS OF YOUR LIFE>>>

Everyone participating creates the actual class. I have no idea what will present itself and in that way we are collaborating with THE MYSTERY and FLOW of LIFE.
